I have worked with several realtors over the past 12 years when I lived in Northern NJ. Linda is unquestionably the best, not even close and I continue being her client to date. Linda is super efficient and she is a workhorse. She always set her target high, which is to help her client to get the unit sold or rented as soon as possible and at a reasonable price as possible. When I was about to list my co-op apartment for sale in Fort Lee, she encouraged me to take a bold step to lower the asking price so that I could get the deal done ahead of 150-200 similar apartments on the market for much longer periods. I did exactly as she suggested, being one of the very first to set the asking price of a 1-bedroom unit below $100K in my neighborhood and quickly sold it, and a year later the asking price dropped another $30K and never recovered to what it once was. She did a lot of homework before presenting her best suggestions and solutions to clients, that's where she got the 150-200 unit number from. When I was about to rent out my townhouse, she spent hours carefully taking pictures inside out, and spent hours with me over the phone once tenant candidates showed up. She was always trying to make assessments from my angle of whether a candidate makes sense for a long-term lease. With her help, I was able to locate two excellent tenants so far and I have no complaints whatsoever. She is the best agent I have seen, hands down. I only hope that I can make introductions to as many friends as possible when they are moving to North NJ.

I moved to Fort Lee in 2004 and lived there for 11 years before moving out of state, and I have sold 2 properties with Linda's help. The first was a 1-bedroom co-op in Pembroke that I sold in 2010, and Linda managed to close the deal for me within 3 months. I contacted Linda again in 2013 when I decided to rent out my duplex townhouse. Over the past 7 years, Linda found me 2 tenant families and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The first family rented for 2 years and the 2nd rented for 5 years. After the last tenants decided to move out, Linda suggested that I put my house for sale and I did. Over the past 6 months, Linda worked relentlessly to help me find dozens of potential buyers, under the extremely difficult conditions of COVID-19 restrictions. Because I lived abroad during this timeframe, Linda provided a lot of help to locate various contract workers to do maintenance jobs and met buyers' different requests in terms of housekeeping. My house was successfully closed in mid-December at a reasonable price. Linda should be a role model for all realtors in this region. Linda was our buyer's agent during a one-year house search period throughout Bergen County. We really enjoyed working with Linda. She was extremely patient working with us over a 15 month period in which we saw many houses. Despite the length of time for us to find the house we loved, Linda was always honest with us about properties we saw and her belief in the true market value and condition of the house. She never pushed us into settling on a home and truly helped us find the home of our dreams. She also was very respectful of our budget and never pushed us into a home outside of our comfort zone. Additionally, she is truly willing to go the extra mile to help her customers find the right house. For one house Linda made several visits to the seller with the seller's broker to deliver our offers in-person and fully explain our position. Linda Stamker is a great broker. And ours wasn’t an easy case. We were selling and buying at the same time, had a buyer back out from purchasing our place, we backed out at one point from purchasing another place, and finally when we thought we were ready to close-the bank backed out! But through it all Linda remained even-keeled, providing us with expert advice, an ear to vent to, strong negotiation tactics, a tireless worker or supporter, a wealth of knowledge about the areas in Bergen County we were exploring, and even a wonderful parting gift! Oh, and she sold and helped us find our wonderful new home! Buying or selling is not an easy process but what makes it easier is having a great agent. We highly recommend Linda. I cannot express enough gratitude to Linda. She assisted me in originally finding my former apartment. She was very supportive and knowledgeable during that process that made it go smoother. She was patient as each year after I moved out I went through the process of renting it or listing it. When I finally listed it, there were multiple events of sale agreements, and for different reasons, they did not go through. She did not abandon the effort and continued to support and see through the process to a successful conclusion. I have to stress the sale not being a high value, however, this did not impact her effort or responsiveness in any way.
